Visitor Parking

Visitor parking is located in spaces 1-7 on the immediate right and the first 7 spaces on the immediate left when entering in the main parking lot.  All other marked parking spaces are reserved for teachers and staff.  If you see a parking space that is marked with a sign posted for Mustang Family please do not park as this is a space that was purchased via auction.  Thank you for your assistance.

Literacy Week!

Celebrate Literacy Week with Wagon Wheel.  Each day we have special school spirit activity planned.  Participate in our Annual Book Drive!  Bring in gently used children's books to be donated to ThinkTogether.  Books will be collected all week and the class that donates the most will earn a hot chocolate party!  Get Unplugged!  Turn off the electronics (school-related work is the exception) this week.  Each day you get unplugged earns a chance to win a prize!

  • Monday 2/27: Guest Speaker, Patricia Szczuka. Our own Wagon Wheel parent will share the inspiration for her book, "The Shyest Girl".  The book is available at a special discount for WW families.  Use the order form in Friday folder or go to
  • Tuesday 2/28:  Read My Shirt Day:  Wear a shirt with a positive or inspiring message!
  • Thursday 3/2: Bring a Dr. Seuss book to read and share in honor of his birthday!
  • Friday 3/3: Dress as your favorite book character!  Be creative! 

Parent-Teacher Conferences - February 27 - March 3

Celebrate your child's growth this year during Parent-Teacher's Conferences.  Review our Early-Out Schedule below for modified dismissal times.


Early-Out Schedule

K - Early Birds:  7:45 a.m. – 11:20 a.m. (M/T/Th/F)

K - Late Birds:  8:40 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. (M/T/Th/F)

~~~ All K - 7:45 a.m. - 11:20 a.m. (WEDNESDAY ONLY) ~~~

All 1st – 5th Grades:  7:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. (M/T/W/Th/F)


Report cards will go home at your parent conference or in the Friday Folder if you do not have a conference scheduled. Not all students require a spring conference.  Please call the school office or contact your child's teacher if you need to schedule a conference.  Thank you!


After School Program Reminder

Just a reminder that there will be NO After-School Programming during Parent-Teacher Conference Week from February 27 - March 3 due to the early dismissal.  Classes will resume the week of March 6th.

Family Bingo Night

Wagon Wheel Families, join us for riotous fun at our Family Bingo Night!  In addition to bingo, we'll have a Silent Auction ONLINE and raffle baskets.  All proceeds benefit PTA sponsored programs for our Mustangs.

Drop Off & Pick Up Procedures
